  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |

Customize It Instructions

  • If using diced chicken breasts, pat dry. Cook in a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes.

  • If using ground turkey, cook in a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat. Break up until turkey reaches minimum internal temperature, 6-8 minutes.

  1. 1

    Start the Vegetables and Beef

Place ground beef in one provided tray and break up into bite-sized pieces. Spread into a single layer.

In second provided tray, combine carrots, onions, 1/4 tsp. salt, a pinch of pepper, and 2 tsp. olive oil. Spread into a single layer.

Bake both trays uncovered in hot oven, 15 minutes.

Beef will finish cooking in a later step.

Carefully remove trays from oven and drain any excess liquid. Trays will be hot! Use caution.

  2. 2

    Assemble the Pot Pie

Add 1/4 tsp. salt and savory seasoning to tray with beef and stir until combined, breaking up beef into smaller bite-sized pieces.

Evenly divide vegetables, beef, and flour between both trays. Stir until no dry flour remains.

Evenly divide cream base, chicken base, and peas between both trays. Add 1/4 cup water to each tray and stir until combined.

  3. 3

Add Biscuit Topper and Finish Meal

Place butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave uncovered until melted, 20-30 seconds.

    Carefully remove from microwave.

    Break biscuits into 1" pieces.

Evenly top both trays with biscuit pieces and butter.

Bake both trays uncovered in hot oven until biscuit topper has browned and beef reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 12-14 minutes.

Carefully remove from oven. Bon appétit!
