To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

  1. 1

    Prepare The Ingredients

Spray grill with cooking spray and heat grill to medium. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.

Form ground beef into two patties, about 4" in diameter. Season both sides with 1/4 tsp of salt and a pinch of pepper and drizzle with 1 tsp. olive oil.

Place zucchini, corn salad, taco seasoning, and 1 tsp olive oil in provided grill bag. Roll open end of bag to seal and gently shake to mix.

  2. 2

    Grill The Meal

Place grill bag on hot grill and cook until zucchini is tender, 10-12 minutes.

Place patties on hot grill. Grill until patties reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 3-4 minutes per side.

If using 20 oz ground beef, cook four patties following the same instructions. If using ground turkey, follow same instructions, cooking until turkey reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees.

Remove patties from grill and top with cheese and enchilada sauce.

Place buns on grill, cut-side down, and toast, 30-60 seconds.

  3. 3

    Finish The Dish

Carefully, open grill bag and scoop out vegetables.

Slather bottom buns evenly with mayo.

Plate dish as pictured on front of card, placing burger on bun and topping with crispy jalapenos and top bun. Bon appétit!
