    Roast Sweet Potatoes

    Cut sweet potato into 1/2" fries

    Prepped BS

    Toss with 1 Tbsp oil

    Roast 15 minutes, turn, roast 10-15 minutes until tender and browned

    remove from oven and toss with garlic salt to taste

    thinly slice shallot

    Large NS pan, med-high heat, toast buns 1-2 minutes

    turkey, garlic, rosemary, 1/4 tsp salt, pinch pepper

    form into two patties

    same pan

    2 tsp oil, med-high heat

    cook burgers 3-4 minutes per side to temp

    top with cheese

    shallot, cook until tender, 2-4 minutes, and cranberry,1/4 cup water, pinch s+p

    boil and cook until thickened 2-3 minutes
