changes: adding cream cheese to the honey chipotle to make it saucier. Garlic salt went all on the broccoli and went with .25 tsp salt and a pinch of pepper for the balls. Removed the butter.
notes: honey chipotle stood up with the addition of cream cheese and wasn't overpowering. Nice and saucy. The side was better seasoned with all the garlic salt and was simple and tender.

Cooking Guidelines

Prepare The Ingredients
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Remove lid and label, if necessary. Reserve lid. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Mix broccoli, 2 tsp. olive oil, and garlic salt in bottom of provided tray. Spread into a single layer on one side of tray. -
Prepare The Meatballs
Add cream cheese to the empty side of tray.
Combine ground turkey, crackers, mayo, 1/4 tsp salt and a pinch of pepper in a mixing bowl.Divide turkey mixture into six evenly-sized meatballs, about the size of golf balls. Place meatballs on empty side of tray next to cream cheese. -
Bake The Meal
Roast in hot oven until broccoli is tender and meatballs have reached a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 24-28 minutes.
If using ground beef or ground pork, roast in hot oven until broccoli is tender and meatballs have reached a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 24-28 minutes.Transfer meatballs to a plate. Stir honey chipotle and cream together until completely combined.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping broccoli with cotija cheese. Bon appétit!
