Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

1 Start the Broccoli
Place broccoli in provided tray and toss with 2 tsp. olive oil and potato spice seasoning. Spread into an even layer and cover with foil.
Bake covered in hot oven, 10 minutes.While broccoli bakes, continue recipe. -
2 Add the Chicken
Pat chicken breasts dry and top with 1 tsp. olive oil. Season both sides with barbecue seasoning (use less if spice-averse) and 1/4 tsp. salt.
After 10 minutes, carefully remove tray from oven and push broccoli to one side. Place chicken in now-empty side of tray. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil. -
3 Bake Meal, Crisp Bacon, and Make Hot Honey Butter
Bake uncovered in hot oven until broccoli is tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
While meal bakes, line a microwave-safe plate with a paper towel. Place bacon on towel-lined plate and spread into an even layer.Microwave until crispy, 30-60 seconds.Carefully remove from microwave.In a microwave-safe bowl, combine butter, hot honey (to taste), red pepper flakes (to taste), and mustard. Microwave uncovered until melted, 10-20 seconds.Carefully remove from microwave and stir vigorously to combine.Carefully remove tray from oven.To serve, top chicken with hot honey butter and garnish broccoli with crispy bacon.
