If using antibiotic free chicken, pat dry. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

If using top round steak, pat dry. Cook until steak reaches desired doneness, or 3-5 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

If using salmon, pat dry. Add salmon, skin-side up first, and cook until salmon reaches minimum internal temperature, 3-4 minutes per side.

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Trim and thinly slice green onions on an angle, keeping white and green portions separate.
Pat pork chops dry and season both sides with garlic salt. -
2 Cook the Pork Chops
Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Working in batches if necessary, add pork chops to hot pan. Cook until golden-brown and chops reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 3-5 minutes per side.Pork thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner chop, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.Remove from burner. Rest, 3 minutes.While pork cooks, continue recipe. -
3 Heat the Mashed Potatoes
Place mashed potatoes, softened cream cheese, white portions of green onions, and buttermilk-dill seasoning in a microwave-safe bowl. Vigorously stir to combine. Kids want to help? With supervision, have them help prepare the mashed potatoes.
Microwave uncovered until heated through, 2-3 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave. Vigorously stir to combine.While mashed potatoes microwave, continue recipe. -
4 Make Hot Honey Butter and Finish Dish
In a mixing bowl, combine hot honey (to taste), softened butter, and a pinch of salt. Set aside. Kids not a fan of extra heat? Feel free to skip/reduce the hot honey.
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping pork chop with hot honey butter (to taste). Garnish mashed potatoes with shredded cheese and green portions of green onions. Bon appétit!
