Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |

    MAKE DISH

    When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.

    Combine pasta, cream cheese, Alfredo sauce, Garlic salt, 1/4 tsp salt, pinch of pepper spinach, tomatoes, and chicken (in that order).

    Cover with a damp paper towel and microwave for 5 minutes.

    Carefully remove tray from the oven and stir in sour cream, lemon juice, half of the Parmesan and a pinch of salt and pepper (if needed).

    Garnish with remaining Parmesan. Bon appétit!
