Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

    Make Meatloaf

    Bowl, mix turkey panko, mozzarella, a pinch of salt and pepper Form into 2 meatloaves and place on prepared baking sheet Bake until 165 internal temp, 20-25 minutes.

    Prep

    Cut of break Cauliflower into large bite sized pieces ¼" dice tomato

    Cook Cauliflower

    Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil. Add cauliflower, ¼ tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper to hot pan. Stir occasionally until browned, 3-5 minutes. Stir in 2 Tbsp. water and garlic salt. Cover, and cook until tender, 6-8 minutes.

    Make tomato jam

    Place a small pan over medium high heat with 2 tsp oil. Add tomatoes and cook until slightly softened, 3-4 minutes. Add honey, sherry vinegar ¼ tsp salt, a pinch of salt and 1 Tbsp water. Bring to a boil and remove from heat.
