We designed them for family taste buds (even picky eaters), so it's all the fresh ingredients and delicious flavors you expect from Home Chef, but simplified to require just one pot or pan. No more hours amongst the suds; one pot, one pan, one happy family!

You Will Need
Before You Cook
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

Ground Pork 160° F
Cook the Pasta
Once water in large pot is boiling, add pasta and cook until al dente, 8-10 minutes.
Reserve 1/4 cup pasta cooking water. Drain pasta in a colander and set aside. Reserve pot; no need to wipe clean.While pasta cooks, continue recipe.
Prepare the Ingredients
Cut mushrooms into 1/4" slices.
Trim and thinly slice green onions on an angle, keeping white and green portions separate.
Cook the Turkey
Return pot used to cook pasta to medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add ground turkey, white portions of green onions, 1/2 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper to hot pot. Stir occasionally until no pink remains and turkey reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 6-8 minutes.
Add Mushrooms and Make Sauce
Add mushrooms and garlic pepper to hot pot. Stir occasionally until mushrooms are tender, 5-8 minutes.
Add flour and stir until no dry flour remains.Add pasta cooking water, chicken broth concentrate, softened cream cheese, portobello sauce, and 1 1/2 cups water. Stir to combine.Stir in 1/2 tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper. Bring to a simmer.
Add Pasta and Finish Dish
Once hot pot is simmering, stir occasionally until thick enough to coat the back of a spoon, 5-8 minutes.
Stir in pasta and a pinch of salt until coated and heated through, 1-2 minutes.Remove from burner.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping with green portions of green onions and Parmesan. Bon appétit!
