Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F

If using ground turkey, roast until loaves reach minimum internal temperature, 20-25 minutes.

1 Prepare the Vegetables
Halve potatoes. Quarter if larger than a ping-pong ball.
Remove stem, seeds, and ribs, and cut bell pepper into 1/2" slices.Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces.Combine vegetables on prepared baking sheet and toss with 2 tsp. olive oil and garlic salt. Push vegetables to one side of sheet and spread into an even layer on their side. -
2 Form the Meatloaves
In a mixing bowl, combine panko and 2 Tbsp. water. Let sit, 1 minute.
After 1 minute, add ground beef, half the garlic and parsley seasoning (reserve remaining for sauce), and 1/2 tsp. salt.Form mixture into four equally-sized, oval-shaped loaves, about 3" in length and 2" by height.Place meatloaves on empty side of baking sheet. -
3 Roast the Vegetables and Meatloaves
Roast in hot oven until vegetables are tender and meatloaves reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven. Transfer meatloaves to a plate and set aside.Stir pesto into vegetables until combined. Sheet will be hot! Use a utensil.While vegetables and meatloaves roast, continue recipe. -
4 Make the Sauce
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine cream cheese, half the grated cheese (reserve remaining for garnish), remaining garlic and parsley seasoning, 2 Tbsp. water, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Cover with a damp paper towel.
Microwave covered until heated through, 1-2 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave and stir to combine. -
5 Finish the Dish
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping meatloaf with sauce. Garnish vegetables with remaining grated cheese. Bon appétit!
