Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

Customize It Instructions

  • If using antibiotic free chicken, pat dry. Cook in a medium non-stick pan over medium heat with 1 tsp. olive oil until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

  • If using top round steak, pat dry. Cook in a medium non-stick pan over medium heat with 1 tsp. olive oil until steak reaches desired doneness, or 3-5 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

  1. 1

    Start the Potatoes

    Cut potatoes into 1" pieces.

Place potatoes, 2 tsp. olive oil, and 1/4 tsp. salt on prepared baking sheet. Massage oil and seasoning into potatoes. Spread into an even layer.

Roast in hot oven, 20 minutes.

    While potatoes roast, continue recipe.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Cut broccoli into 1" pieces.

Pat chicken dry. Season both sides with 2 tsp. olive oil, barbeque seasoning (use less if spice-averse), and 1/4 tsp. salt.

  3. 3

    Add the Broccoli and Chicken

After 20 minutes, carefully remove sheet from oven.

Flip potatoes and push to 1/3 of sheet. Sheet will be hot! Use a utensil.

Place broccoli, 2 tsp. olive oil, garlic and parsley seasoning, and 1/4 tsp. salt in center of sheet. Stir to combine and spread into an even layer in center. Sheet will be hot! Use a utensil.

Place chicken on empty side of sheet.

  4. 4

    Finish the Vegetables and Chicken

Roast in hot oven until vegetables are tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 13-18 minutes.

Cutlet thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner cutlet, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

Carefully remove from oven. Evenly top chicken with BBQ sauce, then cheese.

Roast again in hot oven until cheese is melted, 2-3 minutes.

Carefully remove from oven. Stir 2/3 the buttermilk-dill seasoning (reserve remaining for crema) into potatoes until combined. Sheet will be hot! Use a utensil.

    While dish roasts, continue recipe.

  5. 5

    Make Crema and Finish Dish

In a mixing bowl, combine remaining buttermilk-dill seasoning, sour cream, and 1 tsp. water. Set aside.

Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping chicken with crispy onions. Garnish potatoes with crema. Bon appétit!
