Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

If using antibiotic free chicken, pat dry. Cook in a medium non-stick pan over medium heat with 1 tsp. olive oil until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

If using top round steak, pat dry. Cook in a medium non-stick pan over medium heat with 1 tsp. olive oil until steak reaches desired doneness, or 3-5 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

1 Start the Potatoes
Cut potatoes into 1" pieces.
Place potatoes, 2 tsp. olive oil, and 1/4 tsp. salt on prepared baking sheet. Massage oil and seasoning into potatoes. Spread into an even layer.Roast in hot oven, 20 minutes.While potatoes roast, continue recipe. -
2 Prepare the Ingredients
Cut broccoli into 1" pieces.
Pat chicken dry. Season both sides with 2 tsp. olive oil, barbeque seasoning (use less if spice-averse), and 1/4 tsp. salt. -
3 Add the Broccoli and Chicken
After 20 minutes, carefully remove sheet from oven.
Flip potatoes and push to 1/3 of sheet. Sheet will be hot! Use a utensil.Place broccoli, 2 tsp. olive oil, garlic and parsley seasoning, and 1/4 tsp. salt in center of sheet. Stir to combine and spread into an even layer in center. Sheet will be hot! Use a utensil.Place chicken on empty side of sheet. -
4 Finish the Vegetables and Chicken
Roast in hot oven until vegetables are tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 13-18 minutes.
Cutlet thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner cutlet, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.Carefully remove from oven. Evenly top chicken with BBQ sauce, then cheese.Roast again in hot oven until cheese is melted, 2-3 minutes.Carefully remove from oven. Stir 2/3 the buttermilk-dill seasoning (reserve remaining for crema) into potatoes until combined. Sheet will be hot! Use a utensil.While dish roasts, continue recipe. -
5 Make Crema and Finish Dish
In a mixing bowl, combine remaining buttermilk-dill seasoning, sour cream, and 1 tsp. water. Set aside.
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping chicken with crispy onions. Garnish potatoes with crema. Bon appétit!
