1 Microwave Instructions
Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Halve lime and juice one half. Drain chicken, separate, and pat dry.
In provided tray, combine bok choy, bell peppers, and 1 tsp. olive oil.Microwave uncovered until bok choy starts to wilt, 2-3 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave. Add chicken, noodles, 1 Tbsp. lime juice, 3 Tbsp. water, soy sauce, and 1/4 tsp. salt and stir to combine.Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave until heated through, 3-4 minutes.Carefully remove tray from microwave. Add orange ginger sesame sauce and stir until coated.To serve, garnish with peanuts. Bon appétit! -

Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Halve lime and juice one half. Drain chicken, separate, and pat dry.
