If using sirloin steaks, pat dry. Bake uncovered in hot oven until steak reaches minimum internal temperature, 12-14 minutes. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

1 Start the Carrots
Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Remove all produce from any packaging or constraints, then thoroughly rinse and pat dry. Set butter on counter to soften.
In provided tray, combine carrots, 1 tsp. olive oil, and 1 Tbsp. water. Spread into an even layer. Cover with foil.Bake covered in hot oven until carrots begin to soften, 13-15 minutes. -
2 Add the Chicken
Carefully remove from oven. Add 1/4 tsp. salt and 3/4 the piri piri seasoning (to taste; reserve remaining for butter) and stir to combine. Push carrots to one side of tray.
Pat chicken dry and season both sides with a pinch of salt.Combine panko and paprika on a plate and spread into an even layer. Place chicken onto panko mixture, pressing gently to adhere to one side. Add chicken, panko-side up, to now-empty side of tray. -
3 Bake Meal, Make Piri Piri Butter, and Make Lime Aioli
Bake uncovered in hot oven until carrots are tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
While meal bakes, in a mixing bowl, combine softened butter and remaining piri piri seasoning (to taste).Zest and halve lime. Cut one half into wedges and juice the other half.In another mixing bowl, combine 1/2 tsp. lime zest, 1 tsp. lime juice, and mayonnaise. Set aside.Carefully remove tray from oven. Transfer chicken to a plate. Add honey to carrots and stir to combine.To serve, top chicken with piri piri butter (to taste) and garnish carrots with lime aioli and almonds. Squeeze lime wedges over to taste. Bon appétit!
