    Make the Wrap

    Thoroughly rinse produce and pat dry. Keep prosciutto refrigerated until use. Halve tomato. Cut halves into ¼" slices. Coarsely chop or tear romaine. Place tortillas on a clean work surface. Top tortillas with cheese, followed by prosciutto, lettuce, tomato, and dressing. Fold sides of tortilla toward center, then roll bottom edge towards the top, enclosing sides tightly. Bon appétit!
