Meat lovers! If using protein, cook in a large non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat. If using Impossible burger, crumble into bite-sized pieces. Stir often, breaking up burger, until warmed through, 6-8 minutes. If using diced chicken breasts, pat dry and season all over with a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir occasionally until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes. Add to soup as desired.
