Recipe Steps

    Cook Farro

    Combine demi packs with water and stir to combine. Add to farro and cook on stovetop for 20-25 minutes

    Prep

    Cut/Chop all ingredients

    Cook Sausage

    Remove sausage from casings 1 tsp olive oil. Medium pan over medium high heat

    Cook Kale

    In same medium pan, cook kale with 1 tsp olive oil

    Make Vinaigrette

    Combine 4 tsp olive oil, juice of half a lemon, and chimichurri spice blend

    Combine Ingredients and Garnish

    Combine kale, sausage, tomatoes, farro and vinaigrette. Top with parmesan and green onions.
