Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

    Make the Meatloaves

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.

    Combine panko, ricotta, ground turkey, and a pinch of salt and pepper in provided tray.

    Form into two equally-sized loaves and place on one half of tray.

    Add Vegetables and Bake Meal

    In empty half of tray, combine peas, caramelized onion jam, and zucchini. Top with seasoned salt.

    Bake, 15 minutes.

    Finish the Dish

    Carefully remove from oven. Top meatloaves with stroganoff sauce and Swiss cheese.

    Bake again until loaves reach a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 25-30 minutes.
