To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

If using antibiotic free chicken, follow same instructions.

If using filets mignon or sirloin steaks, pat dry. Cook until steak reaches desired doneness, or 4-6 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

If using salmon, pat dry. Add salmon, skin-side up first, and cook until salmon reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes per side.

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Trim green beans, if necessary.
Coarsely chop cauliflower.Cut mushrooms into 1/4" slices.Pat chicken dry. Season both sides with a pinch of salt and pepper. -
2 Make the Cauliflower Mash
Bring a medium pot with cauliflower covered with water to a boil.
Once boiling, cook until fork-tender, 12-15 minutes.Drain cauliflower in a colander/strainer and return to pot.Add half the cream base (reserve remaining for sauce), half the garlic salt (reserve remaining for green beans), shredded cheese, and a pinch of pepper.Mash until smooth. Cover and set aside.While cauliflower cooks, continue recipe. -
3 Roast the Green Beans
Place green beans on prepared baking sheet. Toss with 1 tsp. olive oil, remaining garlic salt, and a pinch of pepper.
Spread into a single layer.Roast in hot oven until green beans are tender, 12-15 minutes.Carefully remove from oven.While green beans roast, continue recipe. -
4 Cook the Chicken
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil.
Add chicken to hot pan. Cook until browned and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 5-7 minutes per side.Turn heat to medium-high. Transfer chicken to a plate and tent with foil.Keep pan over medium-high heat; no need to wipe clean. -
5 Make Sauce and Finish Dish
Add 2 tsp. olive oil to hot pan.
Add mushrooms and stir occasionally until slightly browned and tender, 4-5 minutes.Stir in remaining cream base, cream cheese, 3 Tbsp. water, and a pinch of pepper. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.Once simmering, remove from burner. Stir in softened butter (to taste) until melted and combined.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping chicken with sauce. Bon appétit!
