You Will Need
Large Non-Stick Pan
Before You Cook
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

Ground Pork 160° F
Start the Vegetables
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add fajita vegetables to hot pan and stir occasionally until lightly charred, 2-3 minutes.
Cook the Steak
Separate steak strips into a single layer and pat dry.
Add steak strips to pan with vegetables. Stir occasionally until no pink remains, 4-6 minutes.
Finish the Fajitas
Add taco seasoning to pan and stir occasionally until fully incorporated, 1-2 minutes.
Warm Tortillas and Finish Dish
Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave, 30 seconds.
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, filling tortillas with steak and vegetables and garnishing with cheese and sour cream. Bon appétit!
