  • 1 Medium Non-Stick Pan
  • 1 Large Non-Stick Pan

Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

    Cook The Pork

    Add pork and 2 tsp olive oil to hot pan. Stir occasionally, breaking up pork, until pork is warmed through, 1-2 minutes.

    Add Vegetables

    Add bok choy, 1/4 tsp salt and a pinch of pepper to pan.Cook, stirring often, until stems are tender, 5-7 minutes.

    Add sauce and 1/4 cup water and bring to a simmer.

    Cook The Potatoes

    In a medium non-stick pan over medium high heat, add 2 tsp olive oil, potatoes, garlic salt and a pinch of pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned, 3-5 minutes.

    Add 2 Tbsp water to pan and bring to a simmer. Cover and cook until tender, 4-5 minutes

    Remove lid and add miso, sriracha (to taste), and 1 Tbsp water and cook 1 minute.

    Transfer to a plate. Reserve pan; wipe clean.

    Toast Buns and Finish The Dish

    In the medium pan over low heat, add buns cut side down until lightly toasted, 1-2 minutes.
