You Will Need

- 1 Large Non-Stick Pan
- 1 Peeler
- 1 Colander/Strainer

Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F
Customize It Instructions

If using ground turkey, break up until turkey reaches minimum internal temperature, 6-8 minutes.

1 Roast the Potatoes
Peel and cut potatoes into 1" dice and pat dry.
Place potatoes on prepared baking sheet. Toss with 1 Tbsp. olive oil, potato spice seasoning, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Spread into an even layer.Roast in hot oven until slightly browned and tender, 30-35 minutes, tossing once halfway through.While potatoes roast, continue recipe. -
2 Prepare the Ingredients
Drain and rinse beans in a colander/strainer.
Core tomato and cut into 1/2" dice.Trim and thinly slice green onions. -
3 Cook the Beef Mixture
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
Add ground beef to hot, dry pan. Break up meat until no pink remains and beef reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 4-6 minutes.Drain any excess liquid from pan. Pan will be hot! Use caution.Stir in half the taco seasoning (remaining is yours to use as you please!), 1/4 tsp. salt, a pinch of pepper, beans, and tomato sauce until combined, 2-3 minutes.Remove from burner. -
4 Add the Beef Mixture
After 30-35 minutes, carefully remove sheet from oven.
Push potatoes to center of sheet, spreading into an even layer. Evenly top with beef mixture, then cheese. -
5 Roast Poutine and Finish Dish
Roast in hot oven until cheese is melted and slightly golden-brown, 8-10 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping beef-potato mixture with sour cream and guacamole (to taste). Garnish with green onions and tomatoes. Kids not a fan of extra heat? Feel free to skip/reduce the guacamole. Bon appétit!
