Before You Cook

    Cook The Noodles

    Break noodles into large chunks. Once water is boiling, add noodle chunks and cook until al dente, 7-9 minutes. Reserve 1 cup pasta cooking water. Drain noodles in a colander and set aside. While noodles cook, prepare ingredients.

    Prepare The Ingredients

    Coarsely chop the croutons Cut mushrooms into ¼" slices. Halve and peel onion. Slice halves into thin strips.

    Make The Skillet

    Place a large oven-safe non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp olive oil. Add seasoned salt blend, onion and mushrooms to hot pan and stir occasionally until beginning to brown, 4-5 minutes. Add tuscan tomato sauce, cream, ¼ tsp salt and a pinch of pepper. Bring to a simmer and stir constantly until slightly thickened, 1-2 minutes. Add pasta, Stir constantly until noodles are evenly coated in sauce and spinach is wilted, 1-2 minutes.

    Bake The Skillet

    Evenly top skillet with mozzarella. Place pan in hot oven and bake until cheese is melted, 8-10 minutes.
