Recipe Steps

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove lid and label, if necessary. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Mix rice, ⅓ cup water, and chicken base in provided tray. Place cream cheese in center of tray. Cream cheese will melt into dish as it bakes.

    Add the Chicken and Broccoli

    Add chicken in an even layer and season with a pinch of salt and pepper. If using whole chicken breasts, cut into 1" dice and follow same instructions. Top chicken with cheese. Add broccoli in an even layer and top with 1 Tbsp. olive oil, ¼ tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper.

    Bake the Dish

    Bake uncovered in hot oven until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 30-35 minutes. Carefully remove from oven. Rest dish 5 minutes before serving. Stir to combine, and garnish with crispy onions. Bon appétit!
