1 Prepare The Ingredients
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Add rice, peas, 2 tsp olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper to provided tray until completely combined. Push to one side of tray.

Add chicken to empty side of tray and top evenly with mushroom seasoning.

3 Make The Sauce and Finish The Dish
Bake in a hot oven until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes. Add garlic and cream sauce to a microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir in demi. Carefully remove from oven. Bon appétit!"
