Roma Garlic Make slurry w/cream (mix bowl) 1 tsp cornstarch Rinse and dry shrimp

Mix bowl remaining cornstarch

4 Cook and season shrimp
Large non 3 Tbs oil high heat cook 4-6 until light brown and crispy transfer to large mix bowl and toss with cajun (½ at first)

5 Make sauce
Return pan med heat 1 tsp oil add garlic 30-60 seconds Add water, cream slurry, peas, ½ cheese, ½ tsp salt Cook until thickened, add roma and toss. plate- top with shrimp and remaining cheese
