Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

  • Ground Turkey 165° F |

    Prepare Ingredients

    Trim stems off Brussels sprouts and halve vertically (quarter if larger than a ping-pong ball). Peel, trim, and cut carrot into ¼" slices on an angle. Pat chicken dry and season with seasoning blend

    Place Brussels sprouts and carrots on prepared baking sheet and toss with 1 Tbsp. olive oil, and a pinch of pepper. Spread into a single layer, cut-side down, and roast in hot oven until tender and browned, 14-16 minutes.

    Cook chicken

    Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Add chicken breasts to hot pan, and cook until browned and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 5-7 minutes per side. Remove chicken to a plate and tent with foil. Remove from burner.
