Add the Sauce
Add cream base, crème fraîche, 1/2 cup water, garlic pepper, pesto, half the bacon (reserve remaining for garnish), and a pinch of salt to hot pan. Stir until combined and bring to a simmer.Once simmering, stir occasionally until sauce thickens, 3-4 minutes.
Add the Pasta
Add pasta to hot pan and stir until coated. Cover and reduce heat to medium-low. Stir occasionally until pasta is heated through, 3-4 minutes. If too thick, add additional water, 1 Tbsp. at a time, until desired consistency is reached.Remove from burner.
