Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

1 Microwave Instructions
Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Combine poblano, corn, flour, and 1 tsp. olive oil in the provided tray. Add 3/4 cup water, cream cheese, and seasoning blend and stir to combine. Cream cheese will melt as meal heats. Cover with a damp paper towel and microwave, 3 minutes. Carefully remove from microwave. Add pasta, shredded cheese, and 1/4 tsp. salt. Stir until combined and cheese has melted, 10-15 seconds. Top with beef. Cover again with a damp paper towel. Microwave until warmed through, 3-4 minutes. Carefully remove from microwave. To serve, garnish with crispy jalapeños (to taste). Bon appétit!

2 Oven Instructions
Turn oven on to 350 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Combine poblano, corn, flour, and 1 tsp. olive oil in the provided tray. Add 3/4 cup water, cream cheese, and seasoning blend and stir to combine. Cream cheese will melt as meal bakes. Cover with foil and place on a baking sheet. Bake covered in hot oven until pepper has softened, 12-14 minutes. Carefully remove from oven. Add pasta, shredded cheese, and 1/4 tsp. salt. Stir until combined and cheese has melted, 10-15 seconds. Top with beef. Cover with foil again and place on a baking sheet. Bake again in hot oven until warmed through, 10-12 minutes. Carefully remove from oven. To serve, garnish with crispy jalapeños (to taste). Bon appétit!
