A note about serious food allergies

Variety is the spice of life, and spice of burgers… so alas, this spicy burger! Sriracha spices up the patties, and sweet chili sauce adds heat and sweet to the slaw that sits on the burger. Spice, two ways, on one burger? Give us that variety!

Customize It Instructions

  • If using Impossible burger, follow same instructions as ground pork in Step 4, cooking until heated through, 4-6 minutes per side.

  • If using ground beef, follow same instructions as ground pork in Step 4, cooking until beef reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes per side.

  1. 1

    Roast the Sweet Potato Fries

Place sweet potato fries on prepared baking sheet and toss with 2 tsp. olive oil, ¼ tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Spread into a single layer. Roast in hot oven until browned and tender, 15-17 minutes. Remove from oven. Rest roasted sweet potato fries, 5 minutes. While fries roast, cook patties.

  2. 2

    Make the Slaw

Combine slaw mix, sweet chili sauce, and a pinch of salt (to taste) in a mixing bowl. Set aside.

  3. 3

    Toast the Buns

Place a large non-stick pan over low heat. Place buns, cut side down, in hot, dry pan. Toast until lightly browned, 2-3 minutes. Remove from burner. Remove buns to a plate. Reserve pan; no need to wipe clean.

  4. 4

    Cook the Patties

Combine ground pork, soy sauce, and seasoning blend in another mixing bowl. Form into two equally-sized patties, about 5" in diameter. Return pan used to cook buns to medium-high heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Add patties to hot pan. Cook until lightly charred and patties reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 5-6 minutes per side. Remove from burner.

  5. 5

    Finish the Dish

In another mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise and Sriracha (to taste). Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping bottom bun with Sriracha mayo, patty, slaw, and top bun. Bon appétit!
