Before You Cook
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

Roast The Broccoli
Place broccoli on prepared baking sheet. Toss with 2 tsp. olive oil, garlic salt, and a pinch of pepper and spread into a single layer. Roast in hot oven until browned and fork-tender, 14-16 minutes.
While broccoli roasts, prepare the ingredients.

Cut mushrooms into ¼" slices.
Cut broccoli into bite-sized piecess
Make The Burger
Add ground turkey, ¼ tsp salt and a pinch of pepper until completely combined.
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat. Add 2 tsp. olive oil and patties to hot pan and cook until burgers reach a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 6-8 minutes per side.
Transfer to a plate. Reserve pan; no need to wipe clean.
Make The Sauce
Make a cornstarch slurry.
In the same pan over medium high heat, add mushrooms, bacon, 2 tsp olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper to pan. Cook. stirring occasionally, until mushrooms are browned, 4-6 minutes.
Stir in marsala, demi, 3 tablespoons water, and cornstarch slurry. Bring to a simmer and stir until thickened, 1-2 minutes.
Reserve pan; wipe clean.
Toast The Buns and Finish The Dish
Add buns to pan cut side down until slightly toasted, 1-2 minutes.
Slather mayo evenly on bottom buns, and top with patty, marsala sauce, and crispy onions.
