Before You Cook

Prepare The Ingredients

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging.
Combine sweet chili sauce, teriyaki sauce, and gochujang (to taste) in bottom of provided tray. Add noodles, bok choy, and diced peppers and stir to combine. Spread into a single layer one on side.

Add Pork and Seasoning
Pat pork chops dry, and season both sides with seasoning blend. Add to empty side of tray.

Finish The Dish
Bake uncovered in hot oven until peppers are tender and pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 15-18 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven. Rest dish 5 minutes, then top with peanuts. Bon appétit!
