Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

    Prepare The Ingredients

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.

    Combine sweet chili sauce, teriyaki sauce, and gochujang (to taste) in bottom of provided tray. Add noodles, bok choy, and diced peppers and stir to combine. Spread into a single layer one on side.

    Add Pork and Seasoning

    Pat pork chops dry, and season both sides with seasoning blend. Add to empty side of tray.

    Bake the Dish

    Bake uncovered in hot oven until peppers are tender and pork chops reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 15-18 minutes.

    Carefully remove from oven. Rest dish, 5 minutes. Garnish with peanuts. Bon appétit!
