Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

- Ground Turkey 165° F |

1 Microwave Instructions
Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. In one section of provided tray, combine cream base, chopped garlic, flour, 1/2 cup water, and garlic salt until smooth. In other section, add spinach, 1 tsp. olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Cover tray with a damp paper towel and microwave, 3 minutes. Carefully remove tray from microwave. Transfer spinach to sauce section. Stir to combine, then stir in pasta. Add salmon to now-empty section of tray and top evenly with pesto. Cover with a damp paper towel and microwave again until salmon and pasta are heated through, 2-3 minutes. Carefully remove tray from microwave. Top pasta with cheese and salmon with lemon juice. Bon appétit!

2 Oven Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. In one section of provided tray, combine cream base, chopped garlic, flour, 1/2 cup water, and garlic salt until smooth. Top with spinach, 1 tsp. olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Cover tray with foil and place on a baking sheet. Bake covered in hot oven, 10 minutes. Carefully remove from oven. Stir to combine, then stir in pasta and cheese. Add salmon to empty section of tray and top evenly with pesto. Place on baking sheet again and bake uncovered in hot oven until warmed through, 10-12 minutes. Carefully remove tray from oven. Top salmon with lemon juice. Bon appétit!
