Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F
Customize It Instructions

If using steak strips, separate into a single layer and pat dry. Follow same instructions as shrimp in Steps 2 and 3, baking uncovered until no pink remains and steak strips reach minimum internal temperature, 13-15 minutes. Rest, 3 minutes.

Prepare the Ingredients
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Add potatoes to provided tray. Bake uncovered in hot oven, 8 minutes. -
Add the Shrimp
Carefully remove tray from oven. Add corn and stir to combine. Push vegetables to one side. Top vegetables with butter. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.
Pat shrimp dry.Place shrimp in empty space in tray. -
Bake the Meal
Bake uncovered in hot oven until shrimp reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 15-18 minutes.
While meal bakes, place buns directly on oven rack in hot oven, cut side down, and toast until golden brown, 3-4 minutes.Carefully remove tray and buns from oven. Add seasoning blend to shrimp and stir to combine.In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, cabbage, and lemon juice. Place shrimp on bottom bun and top with cabbage mixture and top bun. Bon appétit!
